Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Serv‑Safe or Local/State Food Service certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Follow company policies and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.
• Maintain positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability to change.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and monitor product quality, service and cost control.
• Assist in cash management and inventory to minimize loss.

Education

High School diploma or GED preferred

Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
