• Keeps the team focused on daily targets and responsibilities.
• Identifies training needs and works to resolve issues or conflicts.
• Operates under the general supervision of local Management and coordinates health, safety and environment requirements.
• Leads by example and upholds the Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct.
