Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking an Immediate Shift Leader in New Jersey. You will oversee a crew of up to 10 Team Members, ensure quality and safety, and manage shift operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on team communication, task delegation, cash handling, and adherence to health and quality standards, with on-the-job training and performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of food and service
• Ensure food safety and proper handling by the Team
• Communication with the Team in an efficient and proper manner
• Identify and deal with current and potential problems
• Maintain organization and cleanliness during peak and non-peak hours
• Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above
• Be fully aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
• Cash management/handling
• Shift Management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members)
