Job summary

Pizza Inn seeks a Shift Leader to help ensure a smooth guest experience by supervising team members and stepping in for store management as needed. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and coordinate floor operations to uphold our service standards.

The role emphasizes directing staff, handling cash, resolving guest concerns calmly, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Able to perform the essential job functions of the team member position.
• Direct team members and delegate responsibilities.
• Perform register closeouts and bank deposits.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in absence of management.
• Open and/or close store, including the execution of related responsibilities.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned by company management.
