Job summary

Pizza Inn in Maplewood, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee guest service and operations in the absence of store management. You will supervise team members, direct tasks, and ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role emphasizes dependability, effective communication, and adherence to food-safety standards; prior supervisory experience is valued; responsibilities include opening/closing, register closeouts, and addressing guest concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience of 1 year
• High school degree, or equivalent
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred
