Job summary

Staab Management’s Midwest Pizza Hut franchise is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations and lead a fast-paced team. You’ll focus on delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring store standards.

You will coach and develop staff, assist with scheduling, monitor inventory, and support promotions while upholding a friendly, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and "inspection-ready" restaurant
