Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer service.
• Monitor labor, speed of service, food quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures properly.
• Maintain operational standards in the kitchen, service, drive-thru, and lobby.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure proper cash handling and drawer accountability.
• Supervise and support crew members during shifts.
• Delegate tasks and position employees effectively.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Train new employees on McDonald’s procedures and standards.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all McDonald’s food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor product quality, holding times, and proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including equipment and dining areas.
• Follow all health department, labor, and safety regulations.
• Labor, OEPE, food cost, customer satisfaction, drive-thru performance, and sales growth goals.
