Job summary

LIME Fresh Mexican Grill in Miami is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, train team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will support scheduling, safety, and service standards while preparing for future management responsibilities.

You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a collaborative environment. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Food Safety certification through ServSafe Manager or state-approved program.
• Ability to train others in Food Safety via ServSafe Manager or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and provide management coverage during vacations, holidays, and emergencies.
• Lead by example and bring the LIME Fresh experience to life daily.
• Receive extra training, development, and hands-on leadership for future management roles.
• Grow into a LIME Fresh manager through coaching and responsibility.
• Build strong relationships with team members and managers and maintain open communication.

Our Shift Leaders are exemplary team members who lead by example and help bring the LIME Fresh experience to life every day. As a Shift Leader, you’ll receive additional training, development, and hands‑on leadership experience designed to position you for future advancement into a management role.

Shift Leaders may also be called upon to lead shifts and provide management coverage during vacations, holidays, and unexpected situations.

Qualifications

• Food Safety certification through ServSafe Manager or another state‑approved accredited organization.
• Certification or qualification to train others in Food Safety through ServSafe Manager or a similarly approved program is a plus.
• Valid driver's license or another dependable means of transportation to and from work.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future employment sponsorship.
