Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must pass background check as per local/state/federal laws.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or required prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and open/close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
