Job summary

Golden Chick is seeking a Shift Leader in Mesquite, TX to support the management team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise stations, train crew, and handle food prep and POS operations during your shift.

The role requires willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement. Training provided, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant shifts and teams.
• Able to stand for long periods and manage multiple stations.
• Must obtain State Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with shift leadership and guest experience.
• Supervise stations, train crew, and operate POS.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Open or close the restaurant following procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain checklists for opening, mid-shift, and closing.
• Communicate with customers, team members, and managers.
