Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead a shift, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide Associates, coordinate with customers and orders, and drive performance while upholding safety and store policies.

The role offers a 4-day work week option and an hourly wage range of $19.00–$25.65, with a $2.00 night differential for late-night hours. Benefits include ESOP, 401(k) with matching, medical/dental/vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
