Qualifications

• Attend to customers with friendly, efficient service and maintain store standards.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet policies for quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security, with accommodations if needed.
• Minimum 6 months experience handling customer requests and serving guests.
• Experience coaching others and delegating tasks on shift.
• Knowledge of retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming community space.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes, adapting for customers when needed.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate duties across the shift.
• Maintain store policies, safety, cash handling, and security during all operations.
