Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in West Linn, OR is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community while consistently delivering quality beverages and food.

You will coach teammates, delegate tasks, maintain store policies, handle cash securely, and ensure safety and excellent customer service, bringing energy, reliability, and teamwork to every shift.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the tasks of two or more employees.
• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
