Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Strong communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages to standard recipes.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of crew to meet customer demands.
• Ensure cash handling, safety and security procedures are followed.
