Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and work as part of a team
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes
• Lead and coordinate shifts and tasks of team members
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
