Job summary

You will coach colleagues, delegate tasks, handle cash and safety procedures, and coach for growth while maintaining attendance and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space
• Direct and coordinate the work of team members and ensure smooth operations
• Uphold store policies, safety, cash handling, and quality beverage and food standards
