Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC in Arkansas City, KS is seeking a Cooler Supervisor to lead the cooler operations on the assigned shift, directing the handling, sorting and release of graded carcasses and ensuring alignment with production schedules.

Reporting to the Grading Manager, you will manage hourly staff, coordinate handoffs to Fabrication and Shipping, monitor product quality, and enforce safety and sanitation programs to support lean, cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to hourly employees on the cooler shift.
• Train, coach, develop, appraise, and discipline staff as needed.
• Direct movement, sorting, and storage of graded carcasses.
• Manage cooler and rail space to support production schedules.
• Coordinate handoffs to Fabrication and Shipping for on-time release.
• Monitor product handling to minimize damage and loss.
• Receive graded product and coordinate with Tagger Supervisor.
