Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef seeks a Grading Cooler Sorter / Pusher to support the grading department in a cold, wet production environment. This role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on early morning shifts.

Responsibilities include pushing/pulling beef carcass, ensuring product consistency, maintaining clean and safe conditions, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to address issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Meat industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of how the grading department functions and operates.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and respect.
• Able to work productively and independently.
