Job summary

Valley Subs of Arizona, LLC DBA Jersey Mike's Subs in Marana, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the restaurant location. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food, and deliver an outstanding Jersey Mike’s experience.

Responsibilities include cash handling, following the training program, developing others for growth, enforcing policies, and contributing to local marketing efforts to build sales. Maintain cleanliness and safety with urgency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Cash handling and adherence to training programs.
• Develop others for career growth; enforce policies and procedures.
• Participate in local and national marketing initiatives; build sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the restaurant.
• Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
• Effective communication and a sense of urgency.
