Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Answer questions about services and memberships clearly and courteously.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships to drive engagement and sales.
• Educate customers on wash packages and services available.
• Observe customer interactions to identify improvements for the team.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and ensure proper positioning.
• Prepare vehicles for washing and remove obstacles as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or issues.
• Enforce all safety protocols to protect customers and staff.
• Assist teammates in resolving operational issues to keep site running smoothly.
• Lead opening and closing procedures accurately and on time.
• Direct the team during shifts in the absence of Site Leader.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth site operations.
• Provide guidance and feedback to maintain performance.
• Handle unexpected challenges or staff issues and escalate when needed.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and Sparkle Assurance.
• Report issues that could affect wash quality.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes to exceed customer expectations.
