Shake Shack in San Mateo is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.

You will help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving, inventory, and other operational support functions.

Starting Hourly Rate is $24.00 - $28.00, with weekly pay and extensive benefits as part of our team-friendly program.

Qualificações

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
