• Execute cash management duties with POS and Shift Reports.
• Help manage inventory levels to reduce loss using company systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Follow safety and security standards at all times.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed to support operations.
• Lead a team with minimal supervision and promote teamwork and energy.
• Work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers as part of daily tasks.
• Perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant as required.
• Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Strive to make Papa John's a market leader in the community.
