Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking a friendly, energetic Shift Leader to join our North Florida operations. You will guide shifts, manage costs, and mentor team members to enhance guest satisfaction while driving sales and profitability within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of upper management experience.
• ServSafe Certification Required.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.
• Basic knowledge of PC functions.
• Maintain a positive, clean, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers.
• Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand.
• Strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceed our guests’ expectations 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete 4-6 weeks of training.
• Drive sales growth and profits for the restaurant and catering.
• Manage shifts and ensure floor control.
