Job summary

Taziki’s Shift Leader role offers an exciting chance to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team in a vibrant, fresh-food environment. You’ll supervise staff during openings, mid and closing shifts, ensure smooth operations, and uphold our dining-room and take-out service quality.

You’ll mentor teammates, model friendly guest engagement, manage station duties, and promote safe food handling while keeping energy high and guests satisfied. Training and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must obtain Food Manager certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Exhibit leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests / team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff members and training in the absence of upper management.
• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Describing our food with passion and educating guests on ingredients and alerts.
• Maintain hygiene and project a positive company image at all times.
