Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our Kingston, RI store at 99 Fortin Rd. You will captain the bakery during shifts, lead the cookie crew, and ensure top-notch customer service while managing operations and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• POS systems experience.
• Excellent communication, time management and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly and patient demeanor.
• Detail oriented with results focus.
• Lead-by-example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and quality products to guests during their visit.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and communicating relevant information.
• Monitor production efficiency and ensure compliance with standards and procedures; assist in training team members.
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Collaborate with the Cookie Crew and maintain a safe, clean work environment with proper food safety practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
