Job summary

Hardee's Timberville is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader to run shifts in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will supervise team members, train staff, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards while focusing on profitability and operating standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of shift management experience, the ability to lead and train others, and a dependable, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain records and reports per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
