Job summary

Tacoria is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our New Jersey locations. You will supervise a small team, handle cash and POS transactions, and ensure a high level of customer service in a fast-paced setting.

We welcome candidates who are friendly, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a team. Immediate start is possible, with opportunities for growth as we expand our Tacoria family.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Able to handle money and use a POS device.
• Willing to work part-time and start immediately.

Front of House Requirements

• Friendly attitude, ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment in a customer-facing environment (preferred).
• Ability to handle money.
• Previous experience working on a POS machine and a knowledge of technology (preferred).
• Ability to stand for multiple hours.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but we will train the right person. Assistant Managers/ Shift Leaders must have a demonstrated ability to lead a team.
