Qualifications

• Minimum 45–55 hrs per week with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads with a hospitality-first mindset and sets the example for a positive, inclusive team culture, building trust and relationships.
• Coaches, develops and motivates Team Members and Leaders through clear expectations, feedback and recognition.
• Identifies opportunities to develop future leaders and supports their continued growth.
• Navigates challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy and accountability.
• Ensures training programs and resources are used to guarantee team receives training they deserve.
• Works closely with the GM to hire the right people aligned with Tacodeli expectations of hospitality.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest experience, food quality, food safety, cleanliness and operational execution.
• Leads through others while being willing to jump in and work alongside the team when needed.
• Acts as liaison between FOH and BOH, partnering with Kitchen Manager and GM on execution needs.
• Assists troubleshooting facility issues and identifies opportunities to improve restaurant performance.
• Maintains high standards while balancing guests, team and business needs.
• Ensures sanitation standards are followed through clear expectations, real-time coaching and accountability.
