Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to supervise daily shift operations. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership, training, and frontline customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee team members, ensure safety policies, assist customers with wash packages, and help open/close the store. Starting pay is $15–$18 per hour with paid training and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
