WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Rowlett, TX is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role. You’ll drive the shift, support a fast-paced team, and ensure excellent guest service while maintaining wash quality.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities for promotion from within as you grow your leadership career.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
