Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader for full-time, outdoor, fast-paced work. You will lead daily shift operations, mentor a team, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting wash packages and memberships.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Training is provided, and opportunities exist to grow into management within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Evenings and weekend availability required.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
