WhiteWater Express in Keller, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and lead a dynamic team. You will oversee staff, assist customers, and ensure smooth shift flow while promoting a positive work environment.

This full‑time role offers paid training, the chance to grow into management, and a competitive starting pay of $15-$17/hour plus biweekly tips. evening/weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
