  • Proficient in all customer service representative responsibilities.
  • Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment (friendly atmosphere, customer needs met, suggestive selling).
  • Partners with the FiveStar team to provide service according to company policies and procedures.
  • Assists in training customer service representatives.
  • Educates store team on policies and communications.
  • Ensures inventory control, equipment condition, safety, and robbery prevention guidelines are followed.
  • Works with store management to ensure quality food operation.
  • Follows up with employees on communications, emails, specials, and company programs.
  • Responsible for merchandising, including evaluating displays, pricing, and signage.
Job Details

The Shift Leader partners with the management team to oversee store operations during an assigned shift, including customer service, food service, and marketing. They assist in training and directing customer service staff and learning basic management duties.

Essential Job Duties

  • Provides service aligned with company policies.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Team player, customer-focused, honest, hardworking, with good attendance.
  • Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand, push, pull, reach, bend, squat, climb, walk, lift (up to 55 lbs.), and work in cold environments.
  • Ability to work in seasonal weather conditions.
  • Basic computer skills.
