Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role. You’ll oversee daily shift operations, mentor staff, and ensure excellent customer service while helping the operation run smoothly.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for performance bonuses and internal promotion as you grow into leadership.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma, be able to work evenings/weekends, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and supervise team members.
• Ensure team understands and completes duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
