The Shift Leader partners with the store management team to learn and assist with the overall operations of the store on an assigned shift, including but not limited to, Customer Service, Food Service, and marketing. They will assist in training and directing the customer service representative in their duties as required by company policy and procedures as they learn basic management duties.
