SERVE Hospitality Group in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and support crew, elevate the guest experience, and ensure smooth operations across each shift.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, participate in opening/closing, coach teammates, and help maintain a clean, guest‑focused cafe.

Competitive pay $14–$16/hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth through internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication with guests and coworkers.

• Prior quick-service or leadership exposure preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities
