Chestnut Land Company is hiring a Shift Lead / Key Holder for Auntie Anne’s Pretzels at Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta. The role directs daily restaurant operations in the absence of leadership, ensuring top food quality and guest service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You will oversee shift execution, oversee scheduling and training of new team members, greet customers, and help prep and serve pretzels in a fast-paced mall setting.

Shift Lead / Key Holder – Auntie Anne’s Pretzels

Location: Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta

Pay: $13.00/hr + tips (Tips average an additional $2-3/hour!)

Job Summary

As a Shift Lead / Key Holder, you will direct day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the team maintains the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Run shifts smoothly, open/close the store, and step in to lead operations when the GM or Assistant Manager is away.
• Team Management: Monitor employee breaks, manage scheduling, help prevent unnecessary overtime, and assist in training new team members.
• Daily Execution: Greet customers warmly, process orders accurately, and help the team prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels.
