Job summary

Auntie Anne’s Pretzels is seeking a Shift Lead / Key Holder at Tanger Outlets Pittsburgh to direct day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring top‑quality food, guest service, cleanliness and safety. You will oversee shift execution, greet customers, manage team breaks and scheduling, and assist in preparing, baking and serving pretzels.

Pay is $14.00 per hour plus tips, with tips averaging $2–$3 per hour.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Operational Leadership: Run shifts smoothly, open/close the store, and step in to lead operations when the GM or Assistant Manager is away.
• Team Management: Monitor employee breaks, manage scheduling, help prevent unnecessary overtime, and assist in training new team members.
• Daily Execution: Greet customers warmly, process orders accurately, and help the team prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels.
