Responsibilities include prepping, baking and serving pretzels, greeting customers, and supervising staff. ideales candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to monitor scheduling and breaks, and assist with training.

Job Summary

The Shift Lead’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.
