What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring quality food and beverages, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! If you love making mornings special for people, we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to acquire it before leadership training completes)
• Valid driver’s license preferred, or at specific locations only required, with driving qualifications met
