Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring quality food and beverages, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
