We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages served and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. If you love making mornings special for people, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training completion
• Possession or ability to obtain a valid driver's license and meet driving qualifications (location-dependent)
