We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members!
