Job summary

Wingstop is hiring for the Shift Leader role in Wendell, NC. This position supports day-to-day operations, directs and trains Team Members, and collaborates with the GM and AGM to meet goals.

It is a strong starting point for leadership-minded individuals looking to grow within the Wingstop system. You will oversee crew performance, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, ensure proper food handling, and help maintain a positive guest experience during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop team member.
• Train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen & dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.
• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant.
