Job summary

MotoMart is hiring a Shift Leader to lead store teams across the Midwest. You’ll guide staff, train team members, and ensure policy adherence, safety, and excellent customer service. This role offers a clear path toward Assistant Manager and Store Manager positions.

You’ll supervise daily operations, manage promotions, monitor pricing, and report on sales. A driver’s license and background check are required, and the company provides paid time off, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Consent to and clear a pre-employment background check
• Active valid driver’s license with access to a registered, insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Be an excellent team leader and guide the store team to adhere to policies and maintain high standards
• Supervise the store, assign tasks, reinforce procedures, correct behaviors, and ensure productivity, courtesy, cleanliness, and safety
• Keep the premises looking great, attend to customer and employee concerns, and control theft
• Execute store promotions and on-site advertising, survey competitors’ pricing, and report daily sales and operations
• Ensure building and equipment are maintained, inspect and test store systems, equipment and premises
• Assist with other functions such as car wash, gaming rooms, and drive throughs if applicable
