Job summary

Five Guys in Washington state is seeking a Shift Leader to help run a fast-paced, open-kitchen restaurant. You will lead a small team, supervise cooking and cleaning, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied through strong leadership and communication.

You'll earn tips and weekly bonuses on top of competitive wages, with opportunities to advance to upper management. The role requires 1-2 years of leadership experience, a High School diploma, and a passion for guest service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma; some post-high school education a plus
• 1-2 years leadership experience in some capacity
• Experience in an open kitchen environment and fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team and ensure guest satisfaction through your leadership
• Oversee cooking, cleaning and guest interactions in a busy, open kitchen
• Support and train crew to maintain cleanliness and service standards
