Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a Shift Leader to actively guide a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen and dining team in Florida. You’ll lead by example, work alongside crew members, and ensure every guest leaves impressed with service quality and order accuracy.

In this hands-on role you’ll drive daily operations, reinforce sanitation standards, and motivate staff. A base wage with tips and weekly bonuses supports your earnings and growth within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High school diploma, some post-high school education a plus.
• 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example during each shift, setting the tone for the team.
• Work side-by-side with your team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards across the kitchen and dining area.

Work Environment:
