Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in New York is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, train crew, and uphold service standards on a fast-paced line. You’ll lead by example, manage shifts side-by-side with your team, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting safety while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• High school diploma, some post-high school education a plus
• 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts as a hands-on supervisor and set the tone for the team
• Work side-by-side with crew to ensure quality food and guest satisfaction
