We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team! Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure food quality and store cleanliness, and help foster a positive work environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders, offering growth opportunities within the company.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
• Pass background check
• Obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred at some locations
