As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to select smoothies and retail products that inspire a healthy and active lifestyle. A Shift Leader provides guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store and demonstrates willingness to take on new challenges. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and committed to its culture and mission.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies and ensure guest satisfaction when orders are placed.
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assist in team member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Essential Functions

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail/customer service environment.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
• Knowledgeable with general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.
