Job summary

Wingstop in Oregon is seeking a Shift Leader to manage day-to-day restaurant operations and help develop a team. This role suits individuals with a leadership mindset who want to learn the Wingstop system and advance.

As a Shift Leader you will supervise customer service, drive profitability, and uphold quality standards while training Team Members and coordinating with the GM and AGM.

Qualifications

The payrates listed below are all based on experience and availability:

Up to $15.40 per hour(Albuquerque, NM area)

Up to $17.71 per hour (Santa Fe, NM area)

Up to $17.82 per hour (Oregon - Salem/Eugene)

Up to $19.20 per hour (Oregon - Portland Metro)

Up to $19.56 per hour(Washington)

The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system.

Shift Leaders are responsible and accountable for assisting and supporting all restaurant activities including customer service, profitability and quality assurance.
